Boardway is a task board and time tracker for companies. This page says what it keeps today.
Your sign-in: your name and email from Google or Microsoft, or the email you typed for an email link. We don't keep Google or Microsoft access tokens and never read your mail, files or calendar.
Your company: its name, key, time zone, its people, their roles, open invites and a history of changes (who did what, when).
Emails we send: invites and sign-in links, sent through Resend. Nothing else.
People in your company, by role: Admins see everything, Members see the People list, Guests only see their own projects. Boardway staff only look when you ask for help.
An Admin can turn someone off when they leave: they can no longer sign in, and the work they did stays with the company. To delete a company, email hello@boardway.work.
Timers, the VS Code and browser extensions and the Sredify connection are not live yet. This page will say exactly what each one records before it ships.
